At Vision IQ, we dedicate resources immediately after enrollment, including faculty allocation, study materials, digital resources, academic planning, and administrative support. Therefore, all fee payments are generally considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the official Vision IQ support team.
  • Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances.
  • Each request is reviewed individually by the management.
  • Approval of a refund is solely at the discretion of Vision IQ.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after enrollment.
  • Failure to attend classes.
  • Lack of internet connection or personal device issues.
  • Partial use of course materials.
  • Academic performance or examination results.
  • Missed live sessions.
  • Download or access of digital study material.

4. Course Cancellation

If Vision IQ cancels a course and no suitable replacement is offered, eligible students may receive a full or partial refund at the institution's discretion.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

6. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate payments are made due to technical issues, Vision IQ will verify the transaction and process the excess payment accordingly.

7. Payment Disputes

Students are encouraged to contact Vision IQ before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized disputes may result in suspension of access to courses and services until resolution.
